These Terms & Services explain how you may use the EatingLots website, request coaching, join or leave our email journal, and what you can expect from our health and diet education. By using the site, sending a form, or asking for a visit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the forms. You may still read the public articles.
EatingLots provides nutrition coaching, meal education, and movement guidance. We publish practical writing about plates, appetite, hydration, training meals, and family tables. The website is a static information site. Forms run in your browser and show a confirmation on the page. They are requests for a human reply by email, not instant bookings and not payments.
1. Who we are
EatingLots is a health and diet practice. You can reach us by email at hello@eatinglotsoffood.com. Working hours for reading messages are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 18:00. Sunday is closed. A message sent outside those hours will be read on the next working day.
These terms are an agreement between you and EatingLots. They cover the public website, journal pages, clinician profiles, pricing descriptions, appointment requests, contact notes, comments, and email subscription tools. They do not create a clinical relationship by themselves. A coaching relationship begins only when we confirm it by email and you accept the scope of work.
2. Educational coaching, not emergency care
Articles, plans, and visits are educational. They help you understand meals, appetite, and everyday habits. They are not a diagnosis, not a prescription, and not a promise to treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We do not provide emergency care. If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, fainting, severe allergic symptoms, thoughts of harming yourself, or any other urgent problem, contact local emergency services immediately. Do not wait for an email reply.
Do not stop, start, or change a medicine, supplement routine, or medically prescribed diet because of something you read here. Bring those decisions to the physician or licensed clinician who knows your history. If we believe a goal you describe would require unsafe restriction, we will decline or reshape it. You agree not to use our materials as a substitute for personal medical care.
Health information you choose to share should be information you are comfortable putting in an email thread. Do not send highly sensitive medical records through the website forms. Because the forms are client-side, they are designed for a short request, not for uploading documents.
3. Appointment requests
The appointment form asks for your name, email, preferred clinician, plan interest, date, time window, and a short note. Submitting it does not reserve a time. It asks us to write back. A visit is confirmed only when we send an email that states the clinician, the format of the conversation, and the next step. If we cannot offer the date you chose, we will suggest another window.
Please describe a normal day of eating rather than a performed “perfect” day. You agree that the information you send is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We may decline a request if the need is outside our scope, if we cannot reply safely by email, or if the timing is not available. Decline is not a judgment of your worth. It is a limit of the service.
You may cancel or move a confirmed visit by email as soon as you know. We ask for at least one full working day of notice when you can. Repeated missed visits may mean we offer the place to someone else. We do not charge a fee through this website. Any fee is agreed in the confirmation email before it applies.
4. Plans and fees
Pricing pages describe monthly coaching fees for Seasonal Plate, Year of Nourishment, and Continued Care, and they describe sample features for nutrition, weight care, and performance themes. The figure shown is a monthly fee while a plan is active. It is not a medical procedure fee and not a payment taken by this website. Nothing is billed because you loaded a page or submitted a form.
A plan starts when you accept it in email after we confirm that we can work together. You may ask to change or leave a plan by writing to hello@eatinglotsoffood.com. We move changes at the next cycle unless we agree otherwise. Features such as check-in frequency and clinician reviews match the plan you accepted, not a headline you remember from a different tab.
We may update prices for new members. A price already accepted in an email stays in place for that cycle. If a description on the site and a confirmation email ever disagree, the confirmation email governs the work we will do for you.
5. The journal, subscribe, and unsubscribe
The newsletter is optional and separate from coaching. Joining the list requires your name, email, at least one topic, and a confirmation that you want the letter. Booking a visit does not add you. We aim for one or two letters a month about practical meals and habits.
You may leave the list on the unsubscribe page by submitting the email address, a reason, and a confirmation. An optional note may be blank. We reply by email so you know the request was seen. Leaving the journal does not cancel a coaching plan, and canceling a plan does not by itself remove you from the journal. Tell us which one you mean.
Do not subscribe someone else unless you are allowed to use that inbox and the person wants the mail. We may remove an address that bounces or that we believe was added without permission.
6. Comments and acceptable use
Article comments ask for a name, an email, and a comment of reasonable length. Comments on this static site are not published automatically, because there is no public database behind the form. A confirmation appears in your browser. If we later choose to display a comment, we may shorten it and we will not be obliged to publish it.
You agree not to submit unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or misleading content, not to advertise unrelated products, and not to include another person’s private information. You agree not to attempt to break, scrape in a harmful way, or misrepresent your identity on the forms. We may ignore messages that look automated or abusive.
7. Intellectual property
The EatingLots name, logo, articles, page layouts, and original text are owned by EatingLots or used with permission. You may read them, share links, and quote a short passage with credit and a link back to the page. You may not copy the site design, republish whole articles, or present our materials as your own clinic’s work.
Photographs on the site are natural food, movement, and portrait images used to illustrate health and diet themes. They are not clinical before-and-after records of clients. Names in stories and testimonials describe composite or fictionalized client experiences used for education, and they are not a promise that you will have the same result.
8. Results and reliance
People respond differently to the same meal pattern. Energy, appetite, digestion, strength, and weight can change for many reasons, including sleep, stress, illness, medicine, and training. We do not guarantee a kilogram change, a performance result, or a feeling. Examples on the site are illustrations of approach, not predictions.
You are responsible for deciding whether a suggestion fits your life and for raising medical questions with your physician. If you follow an idea from an article and feel unwell, stop and seek personal care. Articles cannot see your history.
9. Third-party links and fonts
Social icons in the header and footer open sharing tools on other websites so you can share EatingLots pages. Those sites have their own terms. We do not control them. The typefaces Rubik and Caveat may be requested from a font service when your browser loads a page. That request can reveal a network address to the font provider. If you prefer not to make that request, you can block third-party fonts in your browser. The site text will still be readable in a fallback typeface.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The website is provided as available educational material. We work to keep it accurate and clear, and we also know that nutrition guidance evolves. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a medical purpose. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties that would turn a coaching website into a promise of a particular health outcome.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, EatingLots is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, reliance on a general article, or a delay in email. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law says cannot be limited, including liability for fraud or for harm caused by negligence where a limit would be unlawful. Because we do not take payment through the site, website use itself is free.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what a static form does and does not do, how to email us, and how subscription requests are handled. These terms and that policy should be read together. If you unsubscribe or ask a privacy question, use the pages in the footer or write to hello@eatinglotsoffood.com.
13. Changes
We may update these terms when our services, hours, or site behavior change. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms for future use. A coaching plan already confirmed by email keeps the terms that were in that email unless we both agree to a change.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms go to hello@eatinglotsoffood.com. Please use a subject line such as “Terms question” so we can route it. We reply by email during the hours above. We cannot accept service of legal papers at an unpublished address because we do not publish one. If a matter needs a formal channel, we will tell you how to proceed by email.
